Nat sighed as he walked, listening to the faint sounds of the birds chirping and the occasional talk of passerby. Today was a normal day at the park, no concerts or events bringing any large crowds.
Looking around, Nat could see small groups of people walking around the trails, most of them either bikers, runners, or elderly. A few family picnics were scattered around the empty areas, and all was seemingly normal.
A sudden confusion washed over Nat as he noticed something that hadn't been there before. Right next to one of the ongoing picnics, there was a tree. A large tree that had not been there the day before. He knew this park inside and out, from how many benches there were to the average blades of grass per square foot.
